Are children welcome?
Children are welcome, provided they remain seated and under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times. Please note that the gardens and any unsupervised movement around the property are strictly off-limits.
What time does the kitchen close?
The kitchen will close 30 minutes before the Restaurant closes.
Must we book?
We welcome bookings for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served on a walk-in basis, with seating subject to availability upon arrival. Please note: To ensure the best experience for all our guests, we reserve the right to release your table if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled reservation time, in which case guests will be seated based on availability.
Cell Phone usage
To preserve the tranquil atmosphere and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that mobile phones be used discreetly. Speakerphone calls and playing music or videos from mobile devices are not permitted within the restaurant. Thank you for respecting the ambiance we strive to create.
Do you offer Take Aways?
Please note that we do not routinely offer take-away meals, except during quieter periods when the kitchen can accommodate such requests. Our priority is to prepare meals for seated guests, and not all dishes on our menu are suitable for take-away. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain the quality and experience our guests expect.
Is outdoor seating available?
Treat is primarily an indoor restaurant, with limited outdoor seating available. Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor area during breakfast and lunch service only. Kindly note that outdoor seating is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted inside the restaurant. Limited outdoor seating is available where pets on a leash are welcome. Guide dogs and registered service animals are warmly welcomed.
